It didn't take out the whole crew, it took out Kid & killer, it was the giants that took out the rest of the crew along with Kid's ship in a single attack, thou Shanks attack, did leave the ship on fire before it was totally crushed as Kid wasn't ready for the yonko playing field, similar with Law, both I would say were at Yonko commander level but not Yonko its self!

There's actually a little more to the scene in Misfit of Demon King Academy. Emilia is a "Pure-Blooded" Demoness who pretty much despises any non-pure demons which is why she tried to kill Anos's mother. We then cut to Anos absolutely brutalising Emilia but Anos isn't satisfied with simply killing her. No, no, no, no. That would be too kind. Instead he resurrects her as a half-blood and curses her with a form of immortality where when she dies she will be instantly reincarnated (with memories intact of course) as a half-demon. For her this was pretty much the ultimate punishment.
