Learning English takes skill. Btw there are times when other languages make spotlight. I once watched a news report about Tamil speaking Punjabis in Chennai.

Well, people can't do that because they got slave mentality. It's a big slapped on education system and teachers. Teacher focus on class work shifts to home work. But can't teach in class Room. Teacher focus on how humiliate, scold, bully, torture, insult and beating etc students.
