OMC: organized. Mass. Chaos. Also just getting out of beginning band and couldn’t decide my instrument for next year. I did Trombone for beginning band and couldn’t decide between sticking with it or going Baritone sax. What are your thoughts on that?

oof, you're asking a bari sax with a trombone brother, either choice would be pretty epic ngl

Here is something you could think about (coming from a bari sax player): Trombone takes a lot of precision. Having to place your slide in the prefect positions and the way you buzz on the mouthpiece also has to be very specific. to play but bari sax takes a LOT of air and the way you play your air takes practice. Overall on the learning curve (in my opinion at least), bari sax is slightly harder although remember some people learn quicker than others and they may find trombone easier.
