Not quite. The omnitrix allows Ben to transform into the strongest example of the alien he scans, true, but it does not account for zenkai boosts. It also only gives basic knowledge of how to use the form, so it also does not give him any transformation, ironically. Nor would Ben receive any god ki. It's also arguable as to whether he would even be able to use ki blasts or fly. Ben would basically be equivalent to base Brolly at age 10, with no training. However, the omnitrix has the ability to detect an incoming attack that would separate it from it's user through death or dismemberment and automatically switch to an alien in it's database that could survive the attack. So while it is feasible that Ben could beat Goku, he would not be able to do it as a Saiyan. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

Oh Archie Sonic does not have a TV show, he's from the 90s comic books series, from, well, Archie. Archie Sonic is WAY more powerful than his show or game counterpart, with chaos and reality warping abilities, and being so fast his speed is incalculable. But the situation for Ben to achieve a Mobian form would be either scan him while his guard is down at his lowest level or B during battle use Alien X to scan him somehow and gain his abilities. If this was version of Ben who can fuse two aliens at once, he would essentially become a cosmic god, since he would have chaos control and wish abilities under his belt along with immeasurable speed. It's honestly an interesting situation. I have more faith in the first option since I have a rough idea of how powerful Archie Sonic is, especially since he's fought beings such as the mage Enerjak, who could use similar chaos and reality abilities, but was behind in speed compared to Sonic (what a surprise...😐) or Skurge, who held similar abilities to Sonic due to him being a hedgehog. Ben would have to use some tactic to make him drop his guard, though in some cases it would violate his character due to ethics and stuff, like capturing someone Eggman/Robotnik style. Well the difference is the Omnitrix wouldn’t turn Ben into Goku, it would turn him into the peak form of the species, excluding mutations, so it would actually turn him into a elite class warrior like Vegeta, of course he’d be fodder to Goku at that point, but there’s also the Ultimatrix, which puts a species through millions of years of non-stop simulated war, and with how Saiyans grow whenever they’re in a stressful situation, or have a near death experience, would make him ridiculously strong, it would quite literally be the equivalent of Saiyan Saga Vegeta going into the time chamber against namek saga full power Frieza, for millions of years, so yeah, he wouldn’t become Goku, he’d become even better.
