Both parties are at fault there. The biker shouldn't have driven out that far if he couldn't see what was coming, same goes with the driver of the van and he should be driving slower if he knew that entry was there. That entire strip was covered by a hedge and cars at the exit so there was no way of either party knowing what was coming, I assume they've travelled that route before and should expect traffic to enter from another oncoming direction.

As a professional landscaper and a motorcyclist myself everybody in the lawn care business knows that spraying grass onto the road is a huge no no. It’s also incredibly easy to shut your blades off and make your pass coming the other way so you avoid getting grass on the road. Lol pretty simple and easy way to save a motorcyclists life.

I was driving at 60Kmph on the highway far from the fast lane and yet someone hit from behind with such force that my vehicle went off road and their bonnet got completely squeezed. They said they just took eye off for a moment and when they saw my car ahead they did a sudden brake and yet the car did not come to a halt.
