Hmm, probably should be more specific with folks, like FUT vs. FUE. You certainly shouldn't start strenuous exercise just 2 weeks after FUT for instance.

hello, the day after hair traplant i lifted a light donbell (11kg) for only 4 repetition without sweating. i didn't experieced to mutch force adn didn't sweat. is possible tath the grafts are dislocated? now are faliing the scrabs without folliclse so i assume is the normal process

@@oguzyavuz2010 Nope, I searched it online and many hair transplant doctors mentioned 3 weeks. Just don't go hardcore lol and try avoid sweating. Take it easy and you should be fine
