Never let CPS in your house unless they can show you a court order and make sure that court order has a judges signature on it because they will lie!! As a matter of fact, you will find that they lie throughout your entire case. Therefore, make sure that you at least audio record every single solitary conversation you have with them that includes putting a phone app on your phone to record all your conversations. They lie terribly and qualified immunity gets them out of everything!!!

I've also learned to keep my envelopes because the dates are telling to when they mail them out and you don't get them in time so I even keep my envelopes there's not nothing I do not keep its supposed to take five to seven days when you request your records from them it took me to get my records three times to request them and 5 months later to get the records and that's their protocol the bottom line is they have more power than the president that's how I feel

What makes that so difficult is as I knew I had nothing to hide regarding parenting skills with my children complying was just to get it over and done with is the thought in my head. However they threatened me that if I didn't comply I would automatically be found guilty obviously a lie but I did know that was a lie so that didn't necessarily make my decision and complying. The problem is is when it's too late once you complied and then the caseworker bullies choose to take illegal actions with false allegations and calling in emergency orders by then, it's too late your family is gone. I was on the phone with my daughter wants when they showed up and of course they did say will you can't have at home or here however there is no law against recording a conversation that I found however I was threatened and told it was illegal and I needed to hang up.

Im Aussie, all our state based child are in total kaos and crisis exactly for the same reasons as cps. In my experience here in Australia, child welfare/protective services are really a corporate body, whos core activity is more about stealing and kidnapping our kids for an incentivised based profit. The only way we have half a chance of holding child welfare accountable when they fuck up, is by suing them or by private prosecution for compensation. That said it wont get yor kids back, nor change current circumstances, but it will give yu satisfaction that yu were able to hit them were it hurts, if yu are successful.

We should also bend over backwards to makes sure all caseworkers have their qualified immunity removed. How do we start the battle? As I saw Adams County in Pennsylvania a 15 month old little girl died because cyf put that child into an unsafe home they had all the evidence and still we will advertise on our media stations the death of a child that's what sells that's what they told me but we do not bring enough attention to the fact that we need to reform the system and I think the best persons to reform the system is the parents that were violated from these agencies and are not being held accountable for perjury because perjury is a crime and no one is immune from it. These caseworkers and he Associates with them and anybody who touches the paperwork regarding our children theme to double check triple check to validate that our children are indeed safe. This is so huge and happening everywhere and until us parents find a way to come together our innocent children are going to die. These people who are educated with degrees to know how to handle family situations are nothing but bullies that when we allow and comply because we have nothing to hide they abused us in front of our children in our homes even after the fact that our children are have already suffered traumatic. I read in the federal government that if children and youth services do not take so many children out of so many homes at in the cements time that they will lose all federal funding and that is Despicable. Hence is the abusive power that us families are enduring when children and use come to check on a family and when you finally put a stop to their abuse in your home in front of your children they retaliate by getting emergency orders and taking your children from you with no evidence of any to show that in fact your child and the children are in danger in their safe homes. As the media told me personally that they will not are a story regarding behaviors of the Children and Youth systems and the agencies attached to it because nobody wants to hear that, instead people want to hear when a child dies?? So couple weeks ago a beautiful 15 month old babies girl Place back into her mother's care her mother killed her and that little girl will never have a life she'll never be a young beautiful lady so never grow to be a woman to be a mom, because all we hear is they dropped the ball again when is it enough of an excuse. The power they have and the immunity that goes with their decisions that are not being double-checked are absolutely destroying our future and that's our children. I live in file folders documents phone evidence suitcases of information notebooks of written laws that I've researched and still not one person has seen any of my evidence nor allowed me to present it from day one at the shelter care hearing I had my parents will write script for me in 7 minutes and I was oblivious that that even happened. I was thrown on a child abuse case I have eight children and I never thought in my life I would encounter such a corruption to our innocent children and the loving parents that provides a safety the care the medical care the educational care all of it only for them to decide to put it in the hands of either foster care or the father who was not involved in there wellbeing Institute day that I decided to leave the relationship. The only ones that can truly stop this I believe in my heart and soul is the parents who have been violated tremendously from the systems the judges the caseworker bullies the superiors of the caseworkers the DHHS who does the investigation and does not investigate the Pennsylvania Bar Association our legislation our Representatives nobody is hearing us. I am only one voice but I am not the only family destroyed by this agency the government decided to take over years back because they felt they could do a good job and they've done nothing of a good job to protect and save our children. The ACLU I've filed complaint several times so somebody will help me as when they ripped my children from their safe home they pushed me into poverty and with absolutely no resources how to fight against them because there is no resources it is a corrupt system of pure exhaustion. And no family should ever be held accountable for stopping abuse in their home in front of their children by anyone when do we stop this travesty of which our government has been allowing since they got involved? Every single day I pray for a miracle I research I struggled to make ends meet but still after all these years there are no answers for help for our children and the additional trauma that these agencies have inflicted on our children that could possibly take years if ever for them to recover being ripped out of all and everything they've ever known to be put into a home full of drugs, illegal gambling, excessive alcoholism, and a mother which is the girlfriend of the father whose kids were taken from her years ago one child beaten so bad till this day suffers from mental retardation. Those children are in the home of her mother she never fought for her children I do not know as a mother if it was her that physically abused this child to mental retardation because the records are sealed and this woman is in the home with my children everyday. I speak out because I am the loving parents dealing with a narcissist who almost try to kill me before I fled the relationship to save my children to save myself and this is the person that the agency thought best the children be in the care of. Unbelievable. I may not be able to save my family as my twins just turned 15 but somehow we all have to come together those violated from the systems and put a stop to it immediately.

This is true and I have it on my to-do list to check each state and the Child Welfare laws I would like to do a comparison on them I believe that we should be questioning why is it like this in your state why is it like this in Pennsylvania why is it like this in Texas because my research only has ever showed me just that that the laws are difference in the child welfare system in each of our states. That only brings me to one question why because I want to know the reason why they are different because that makes a difference in helping reform for a major overhaul of the agency and constitutional rights parental rights the government's the states locals it makes a difference to us parents how to overhaul and reform the system that it seems the government could give a care less because this is been going on too long so that's obvious to me they give I care less about the protection safety and the best interest of a child and the respect of what we are taught the value from a president even speaking on a Podium the family Unity so if they are not going to pay attention and just keep passing the buck on we have to us violated parents which I called suspect parents because we were illegally and falsely accused I honestly believe we are the only ones that will make the best difference in the reform of the systems and how the protocols and procedures in each area are conducted for the future. Because in our parental constitutional rights we have the right to protect and make sure we keep our children safe we know that as parents and if the law is not in accordance with our parental rights the only other option is the overall the system and since they have not done that for so many years the only option now is for a full front explosion of violated suspected parents who have been illegally prosecuted be heard, beat heard very loudly because it will continue this way until the difference is made by those who experienced all these things and hiccups in their Dynamic of dealing in this traumatized state of the allegations made by caseworkers who abused their position and power to destroy families unnecessarily. And it doesn't matter to me that the reason is because they basically we're trying to get kids in foster care because if they don't they'll lose all Federal funding if they don't meet what I'm going to call quota. So our kids are based on quotas in order for these systems to maintain funds summer federal government it's despicable. And I do perfectly understand there are children being abused okay I understand that and some of them do get that help they need however in comparison to the children that fall through the cracks of the child welfare system that died because the case workers were not doing there jobs effectively and now compared to the overabundance of families and children being violated by the these systems, in comparison is doesn't even add up, so basically more families are being violated and destroyed actually being saved from actual true evidence of physical mental abuse by a parent.

We pay CPS with our tax money. We should be able to vote in matters involving CPS. I believe we should be able to vote on everything we allow the government to spend our money on. Most of us are not rich and that is shown on how we spend our money at the supermarket on our clothes on our way of life Etc but we just toss money to the government or risk jail or fines and they spend it willy-nilly as they choose.

It is written into the Constitution that every individual has a right to counsel. I learned that my first week of Law School. However like I said the public defender's office if you cannot find a private attorney is listed on the legal documents to provide counsel for you in these processes and I was denied three times so my civil suit will until them as an individual entity because they rejected Council three times I showed up to their office. So like I said before anyone and everyone who has had their name or on any documents or has been involved in this case is out accountable because they should be. I end up getting for evidence a letter from the manager cuz I try to get as much evidence as I can in email format and I ask Melody of the manager of the public defender's office why there's been no answer to why I'm just being told that we are told we are not allowed to take CYS cases open or closed but I want to know why and now I'm asking who gave that direction to them I ask myself that last night so that's on my notes and basically I still do not have an answer even from her email however I have her reply to me stating that she is told and the office has told that they are not to take these cases open or closed so that debunks the information that is provided on these legal documents to the parents icon suspect parents now when your kids are emergency removed and basically eventually she's going to have to answer up to that and so do the court and the CYS agencies who are printing that this is a resource and in fact it is not.

I remember as a child in the seventies getting into an argument with my mother about something I can't remember what and saying, "well you're abusive I'm calling the welfare" I really had no idea what that meant I just heard at school that your parents couldn't spank you or the welfare would take you away and give you to a family that loves you more. I remember her head shot around so fast. She said, "come here and sit with me on the couch". She explained to me that the Health and Welfare was supposed to be used not when you are denied a candy bar but when you were being physically harmed or denied actual food and not to be used because you aren't getting your way". I remember thinking that was a way to get your parents to do what you wanted. As children in school we talked about that. You could threaten your parents to do what you wanted or you would call the Health and Welfare. Anyhow I still didn't get a candy bar or whatever it was I wanted and life went on.

Yes in our case evidence was not presented in court. In fact, parents were sitting in a waiting room, not allowed in the courtroom, (why not?) and the case was presented without their presence. Who could possibly trust such a system? Why is that allowed? The lawyer would come into the waiting room to talk with the parent(s) in just a few minutes to say what was going on in the courtroom. It's past time the United States stopped bragging about itself when it runs a courtroom like this, and with an agency allowed to lie and conceal evidence, and a family not allowed in the courtroom, only the judge and the opposing, lying CPS.

I recently read up the history on how this all even got started with the children Protective Services at once the community is the ones who sealed the fate of abuse children and then the government sat back and was like oh well you know what we're the government we should step in and help to but what they did is they took the voices away from us as parents the Amendments of the violations to the parents are numerous. And I just read some of the Amendments and what you just spoke about in your message there about leaving you outside of the courtroom and then making a decision regarding your family is also an Amendment violation. It's basically the government taking overstaying their super parental rights are above our parental rights but there is no such thing as super parental rights but when the government leaves us excluded from these hearings and decide without like in my situation. I'm outraged I want to do everything I can to dedicate my life to saving the next family. I had to leave law school because of this and then I realized the set of my 2-year degree I was going to get I'm going to go back and do my paralegal because the documents are what is important and advocacy for parents is a detrimental because they all work together so they're not all going to rat each other out if that makes sense but you know how sometimes they say people there's a purpose for everyone and unfortunately of my heartbreak and my children's illegal removal all I know to do anymore is to battle advocacy and legal documents for those who these agencies make sure we have no resources on how to battle back and I Believe In My Heart Right There is unlawful

Oh what's actually was more horrifying to me when I went to the shelter care hearing my two children were sitting there I never heard anybody say that the children were to be present at the hearing but my two children were there and within seven minutes I was oblivious because they ripped my parental rights away from me within seven minutes I never even heard of such a thing and my twins are sitting there they may try to hold up my phone with evidence and whatnot and they rushed them out of the hearing room. But I never heard anybody else saying their kids were present at the shelter care hearing. And the second day I was supposed to go to the adjudication hearing I sat in the waiting room for two and a half hours I get going up to the window like I don't see any of my party what's going on oh it's okay it's okay by two and a half hours I saw the judge locking up his office and I started freaking I go up to the main window again and I said hey I got my documents right here I said what's going on I'm supposed to have a hearing today and they took another 20 minutes to come and tell me that we don't have a hearing scheduled for you today you or parental rights were taken away from you at the shelter care hearing that's when I found out my kids were not coming home with me, when it happened I felt like my whole body melted to the floor and I was honestly I don't know what that was I could not even put that feeling on that moment and words was oblivious that they even took my parental rights without showing evidence and seeing my evidence so yeah this is my dedication to say families cuz this got to stop and I'm in Pennsylvania but when I realized I stopped watching the news couple weeks ago cuz it's so depressing and one day my TV just popped on for no reason and Anna County couple counties away from me a little 15 month old baby girl beautiful baby girl was given back to her mother by cyss and her mother killed her and she had all of the record of reasons not to place that child back with her mother it broke my heart. So I just thought maybe that's another sign that I need to get back into the motion because I get so burnt out of the incompetence it's almost to the point of exhaustion and then when top of being in survival mode since my family was stolen.

Well when I sat there for the adjudication hearing for two and a half hours I was mortified and I got so deeply disgusting because I saw a mother out there with her two children and the lawyers come out and the caseworkers and right in front of us in the waiting room a public waiting room mind you, that should have never happened, they were reprimanding the mother because she said something they did not approve of to her child and I'm a mother of eight, there was nothing I would have said to her regarding the mom telling her little boy wait just one second I got to hear what the ladies are saying -bully status as they do when they show up at your door no different when they are in their place of work because all I see is lack of empathy from these caseworkers. I just felt so upset as I watched this mother's face and body language and all I know next is the mother is being reprimanded from the bully caseworker and said 'you know what, you shouldn't talk to your child like that ," you know what I thought to myself who the hell do these people think they are -it just blew my mind. The mother as confused as I was as my sister also sitting with me as the mother kept asking the bully caseworker, what do you mean ? don't talk to him like what? In my opinion they were talking down to her and the mother is just like can you please tell me what do you mean , what did I say so wrong, how did I say it wrong and I want to understand what you mean? and she was so confused it was absolutely unbelievable to watch this , the mother replied one last time can youyou please just explain to me what I did so wrong? Case worker and attorney completely blew the mother off will we're just saying we really can't explain to you what we mean just we just got to get this over with and we got to go we have other cases we have to deal with. and I'm from the city and I could tell she was from the city cuz there's a certain too and she's like what you're not explaining to me what did I do what did I say so wrong and she said I'm just saying you shouldn't talk to your child like that. And then what made me very nervous because now I've been sitting there for two and a half hours and the staff at the front window reassure me that I'm going to have this adjudication hearing. These two beautiful little boys we're being kids you know running around a little bit not obnoxious or anything and the little boy just kept saying I want my mommy I want my mommy I want my mommy and grabbing onto her pant leg , and the bully again caseworker said come on we got to go and all I was thinking is maybe somebody should tell her cuz I wanted to but my sister looked at me and shook her head no and she stopped me because I want to say to her what gives you the right to talk to her son like that but my sister said no Bonnie don't do it . oh my God I did everything I possibly could to just hold back my emotions because that just made my heart Crush knowing what I know now and what they're doing to our families. and I thought how long this but that's it never happened in my case when I walked in there I was not expecting to see my twins sitting there and it started immediately going bad and they rushed my twins out and I thought why the hell were they didn't there in the first place is my question and I wasn't told and they should not have been present because no they weren't testifying so that very much upset me. That sheltercare hearing lasted 10 minutes seven of those minutes I'm holding up my phone as evidence saying luck luck I have this cute pantry and she's saying I don't have food because I don't have TV dinners and I told him the caseworker when she was in my house I said you are lucky my mom's not alive because if you said that to my mom I don't have food because I don't have TV dinners I said she would have done put you through that window I think Cassie that's not food at the best process food and I'm 50 years old and when I grew up and my mom went shopping every month we would take him by big packs of meat boil them up and make meals out of them I said that food but she had me so angry and I'm telling you I'm not my mom would not have tolerated this like they would not have gotten away with what they've gotten away if my mom was alive cuz my mom was a tough ass you know she would stand up for the rights but they just walked all over me and I was oblivious because I was so traumatized and they don't tell you what they expect when you get there the bottom line is they do not give you resources because if they provided us resources to save our families from the illegal misconduct of these agencies and all that touch any of those papers are guilty in my eyes

In my research last night I realized something I have been battling since 10 sticks of 2021 in finding lawyers I've called hundreds of lawyers I listed every one of them as well and they would not help me nobody wanted to go up against cys agencies. It come to my full-blown attention last night while I am researching that now as I'm searching for attorneys that will sue social workers I hit a bingo because I am making my list at the moment we speak and contacted each and every one I could in my local area, I don't care what day of the week it is I don't stop saving my family so Monday even it being a holiday I I will still send them a message to ask them to help me save my family and hold accountable for the destruction by these agencies and systems. My anticipation for Tuesday to come is heightened because I feel like I'm getting closer to finding the way to save my family. However it then dawned on me the abundance of attorneys that will sue the child services system because in 10-6 of 2021 my search has resulted in hundreds of calls and no Solutions or resources that wanted to help and start a civil litigation so it blew my mind as I found numerous attorneys willing to do this and then it dawned on me thinking oh my gosh it's almost like this is an epidemic because finding them was impossible and now fine ending so many attorneys that will sue the welfare system is numerous and that spoke volumes to me and my only opinion about that can we call this child welfare system and the violations to these families and epidemic?

I'm a singla father here in Alaska & ocs(cps in other states) have torn our little family apart with a lie and i even had proof of their lie(so they can control the narrative) and judge amy mead didn't care and allowed the lies to take control of the narrative so they can get that sweet, sweet, sweet stats padding for those promotions and funding!!! Know of any good Alaskan laywers that'll help me file a federal lawsuit?!?!

If you don't register the baby's birth (with a birth certificate) CPS will have no standing to intervene in anything at all.

Congrats Childs Rights NJ!!! I am on the same Mission with you, because the violated parents are the only ones I feel that are going to be detrimental to the Perfection of change in the child welfare system. however I'm still in my battle to return my children back home to safety. However I know I am getting closer and closer and for that is my grounding until justice prevails for my family's Justice.

@@Childrightsnj Doing a law degree, at a university that has a law school that teaches both statutory construction, and also child protection law is probably your best bet, some uni's let you do one module at a time and then allow you to have recognition of prior learning if you decide to formerly enrol in a law degree. Knowing how to search and interpret caselaw can help a lot. But when I realised that in Australia I had more rights in relation to my garden shed than my own children, imagine the shock. At least the USA has the best constitutional protections, the other thing is get decent legal insurance that provides cover for full litigation in case ones children are taken. HSDA has good protection for home schoolers (only).

I’ve been denied entry into the homes. So I staff with attorneys and supervisors and just simply document their unwillingness or inability to cooperate. I stuff my face in bed hoping the kids were ok. Thankfully none of my caseload children were chained to a staircase and died two days after I tried a home visit: my colleagues in other jurisdictions have not so lucky.

So how does that work? If there's a "see something say something" motto who do you say it to if whoever you say it to isn't going to do anything about it? Is that just to shut the public up? Does CPS just count on the fact that people will think oh I said something and therefore it's off my mind now? Do they have a backup plan if it's not off someone's mind? Do CPS workers ever feel any guilt or sorrow when a child that they deem is A-Okay ends up being so far from A-Okay that he's never going to have to worry about it anymore? The public hears stories usually after the worst has happened so hearing the other side which we never get to hear would be pretty helpful as that is one of our things we spend our money on and a lot of us don't have a ton of money. If the public is just selecting food to get by instead of totally healthy food because of finances one would expect the government would be doing the same and just paying for substandard CPS instead of what CPS was really intended for because it's not affordable. In that case we would vote for just no CPS at all
