I totally respect Chris and anyone in the gym or on the street that show him the requisite respect he deserves. My favorite story is from Kai Greene who said he trains at commercial gyms and people walk up to him and he will take a min to talk if he is between sets. Kai said he has guys come up and tell him they have friends bigger / stronger then him or they themselves were bigger / stronger then Kai in their day. Really??? 🤣

If you’re going to use any form of PED please visit with your Doctor at least every two weeks to check bloodwork and vitals. Had a friend who was using growth in his early 60’s leave this world in a few months because of accelerated Cancer growth in his brain cells due to the HGH. Just a shame, I often think of Lyle Alzado doing the NFL comeback and having the same thing happen. Been around gyms for 40 years and 85% of Steiner Freaks will never admit they use anything. I don’t get it common sense would seem to dictate otherwise.

when i was 21 ( 20 plus yrs ago ) I dedicated myself to getting as lean as possible over a 5 month period.. Lettuce, coffee , grilled chicken , workout 2 hrs , sleep.. repeat. In that 5 months I had zero dates, never got laid , and likley had 3 beers .. My friends in the dorms went about their lives as normal , partying , hooking up with random girls etc. What i realized was quite simple , being in amazing shape comes with too many compromises , and its a lonely path.. In the end ,all the dudes were fascinated asking what I was on etc, But for the women , its not like i went to class shirtless and girls arent adept at telling whether youre super lean or just normal in a tshirt, it never mattered.Yes when i was shirtless there were a lot of comments , but it never led to anything. That all being said im glad i did it once to see what my limits were, but its not a good plan for getting laid .
