Charged with trespassing and resisting with violence... She was never trespassed BY THE DOCTORS! And I bet if put under oath it will come out that the PIGS solicited that trespass which is itself a crime. And notice the ONLY thing she got charged with was Trespassing and THAT was so they could charge her with resisting arrest! THIS is one more reason I hate PIGS! And that Dr.s office.. All they had to do is say "your records will be ready by such and such a time (Say 3Pm) and you can come and pick them up then! the girl getting arrested at the 43 minute mark will have a civil rights violation. lol The officer 100% creates the situation in which the female was arrested. If she is trespassed then she should be forced off the property and told not to come back and get her documents a different way. She Tried to leave. She was told no and to stay even though she was free to go. On top of that, they have absolutely no reason to keep her there for her documents. What do they care? If shes trespassed then and that is what they are arresting her for, the officers need to remember they forced her to stay. And to make this worse, the only resistance she displayed was not listening to unlawful orders. She did not fight anyone and as long as she was kept there by the officers was free to move about and leave as she pleased. Telling her to get off the phone was again not something they are allowed to do. It isn't obstructing their investigation. The only thing they did, was allow her mother to hear her blood curdling screams that will play out in court for a jury to hear. I bet every single charge she has will be dropped. Letter Grade F for an arrest.
