you can still bunnyhop pretty well, you just literally need to have your character model move by about 160degrees from strafe to strafe. It's definitely a little bit more challenging, but I think it comes down to the legs in the game. You need them to hit the ground at an angle for your next hop. If you do it precisely on certain areas of maps then you essentially get velocity that's fast off just one hop. Not as fast as a runboost, but still fast.

Some of the "fails" aren't even their fault. Its literally the game code combined with subtick creating inconsistent jump heights based on when you jump during a tick. So the ones where they cant jump onto silo, or the barrels on inferno are just the game being shit. Yes. This is a real thing. no, it hasn't been fully fixed. Just improved a fair bit
