When do the police have to read you your rights?

I saw a KZbin video of a woman pulled over for a traffic Infraction. They started asking her a lot of questions after she provided all of the documentation she was obligated to present. She didn’t have to answer of their questions they got pretty snarky when she wouldn’t answer them and told them she wished to remain silent and not talk to them. They ordered her out of the car and threatened her with the arrest to which she replied I’m not answering any of your questions. They did arrest her and then the dope did something that I found hilarious and that was they read her the Miranda rights and it started out like this: “You have a right to remain silent“. And by the way, she did tell them that she was an attorney. I don’t know where they get some of these people and I don’t know who trains them.
