Flatline. Always Flatline.

This is now closely followed by Wild Blue Yonder's body horror. And continued to Maestro's genuinely terrifying emergence from a piano they can't possibly actually fit inside. Never had the inhumane nature of some of their universe's pantheon of demigods been portrayed so well.

That scene towards the end Enemy of the World, where you have both the Doctor and Salamander (both played by Patrick Troughton, if you haven't seen that serial) on screen. It's only about a second long, and it may not be as flashy as some of these other moments, but I was genuinely blown away by how good it looks, even by today's standards, much less 1960s Who standards.
