OMG, that #1 lady. I had a run in with her in Seattle earlier this year in May between Queen Anne and 1st Ave West. I came out of the temporary apartment for a TBI assessment and came out the back alleyway and she immediately asked for some money. I told her I had no cash and she started to walk away, but turned around and screamed at the top of her lungs that I attacked her. The great thing about that area of Seattle is that there are surveillance cameras everywhere. They came and arrested her and I was about 1/2 hour late to my appointment.
