Danmachi - Bell and the group vs Goliath. Not as big as some of the ones mentioned on this list, but you have gods, elves and men fighting a monster that takes every big move they have. Everyone gets a scene and Bell shows off his skill. - What I like about this is the fight Bell has previously with a guy who now has to rely on Bell to save him and everyone else. Go on a few more episodes to the Hestia vs Apollo fight and it's the same guy now betting on Bell to win because he knows what he's capable of.

One of my favourite anime where everyone fight together is Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon. Although it's not as epic as one boss vs many, everyone have their own battle with their own respective opponent. Also on Season one it's really epic when the MC reveal his true ability in the war.

He thrives off torture and torment, its also about asserting his dominance in U7 again which he has successfully done.

I want the story goes likr this Frieza ask Goku and Vegeta to help him facing a powerful enemy. Frieza twist it to become personal matter (Frieza told Vegeta this enemy try to hurt his family, and he also told Goku this enemy is super strong). The enemy is god of destruction before Beerus. This guy had something. Frieza need to defeat Beerus, the only thing that stand between him and his ambition (he didn't count those 2 monkeys)
