The guy at 2:00, both the cop and the guy he was fighting with, are in the wrong. The cop should follow the law and stop letting his ego take over. He's in civilian clothes with, I assume, his girlfriend, meaning he's off-duty. Whether he's a cop or not doesn't matter in that moment, he should follow the law like anyone else. He's not above it. The other guy shouldn’t have let his ego get the best of him and pulled a knife over something like that. I get that the cop's an idiot who seems to think being a cop exempts him from the law, especially in an area with children. But pulling a knife wasn’t the smartest move, and he could have called on-duty police.
