Thanks Tracy, I constantly felt like I was living under a curse when I was with the ex. My life was stagnant, paralyzed even. 10 weeks after I finally let him go (after 10 years) I feel peace , hope and light. And yes last couple times my wife came over to the house to see the kids I prayed in the other room that God would put the Holy Spirit fire on her and bind her demons and she instantly got a severe migraine headache and started seeing stars. A few months back I tried to have her read just one sentence in the Bible and she got a severe migraine and had to lie down and was dizzy for over half an hour. These narcs are controlled by demonic spirits I know this for sure. She has told me she has had many dreams about Demons pulling her apart from the family and also other dreams where she was left behind after Jesus came back .

And in her videos she said that these people do not want to be alone that they would see shadows and other things and scream out loud because they had nightmares of hell and demonic activity. But other people who had a intimate relationship with God they could see angels and had a peace and were not afraid of going on.

In the middle of divorcing one now. Been on the road alone with my dog for 8 days and looking to find a place soon. Traveling across the country is stressful. I still talk to him every day for a couple hrs cause he’s my only “friend.” I’ve broken away from his family and mine who are all narcs and sociopaths, including our 4 grown kids. :( Still so hard. I too traveled cross country for several days with my then best friend-Ginger my dog. Was thinking I was leaving my biggest abuser (Dad) but was only being removed farther and farther away from the rest of my family. That was 10 moves ago only 14 years ago. My N ex did everything he could to completely isolate and destroy my career hopes. Gaining a following as a teacher requires you to stay put and build your students up and he knew this. This of course was not all his fault as I inevitablely agreed to one move after the other to "help" him with his job angst and rage. Please do yourself a favor and stop all communication with your ex. It will hurt-and it will hurt for a while. But you will be saving yourself perhaps years of suffering if you don't cut the cord now. He doesn't need to know where you're going, who you're with or how you're doing. These people don't Care-hes gathering Intel on you to be used at a later date. You need to trust me on this-I was burned big time thinking we could be "friends" after the divorce. Sweetie let him go and start a new life. Gods given you this chance take it even if it's hard. Christ's sacrifice wasn't easy for him but look what he's done for us!! Bless you and good luck!!

I always end up apologizing to the narcissist for my poor response to the abuse. the difference between a narcissist and a non-narcissist is true remorse and a desire to do right. The narcissist has no regret for anything. Please know I am not discounting my own role in this. I know that we are all ultimately responsible for our own actions. But you understand the plight in dealing with someone who has NO remorse when your own remorse, because you are empathic, is so very high.

The rebirth that you describe is a biblical resurrection in your own life. Buddha learned that detachment was a necessary component of enlightenment after experiencing it. The Flight of the Phoenix is also a story of this rebirth. Even fairy tales, such as Snow White, speak to an “awakening”. It is a central theme in the movie Matrix as well. Superb video.

Been thru the misery. Wake up call came on 11/11 two years in a row. I have been narc free for a year now. I am at peace. I firmly believe that I endured all I have to teach others. Proof is a family member who is lost in herself while trying to break free of her ex. I will pass your site on to her. Always helps to know that people truely do see what you are going thru. I recovered alone. The ball started rolling in 2016 when I was in a bookstore and saw "Lucifer" on the cover of a book. The roller coaster started with divine intervention because I could not of planned the circumstances that followed to remove the people I love but are toxic for me. Everyday is work on myself to stay positive due to spiritual attachments. Until you have lived thru narc abuse you have no right to comment on it. It is a true multidimensional reality. After being in a long marriage to a narc,I put up with everything,the abuse,unfaithfulness throughout pregnancy,mind games,diseases,triangulation.Sleeping with the enemy,was an understatement.I became very ill,one New Year,I needed help to get to doctors/hospital,he wouldn't get me any help,he wanted me dead.I eventually was hospitalised,he didn't phone or visit me,when I came out,he denied knowing that I was in hospital.Meanwhile he'd been sleeping around, it really WOKE me,from my hypnotic state,and demonic hold,and God gave me the strength I needed,to move out and on.Three years on,I'm happily divorced.GET OUT,while you still can.x

I'm just now learning my calling tho.. He's building me for better things.. But it gets very discouraging at times.. My attitude can get crappy sometimes.. But I'm still healing.. This is what I am experiencing at the moment. And I joke you not they have managed to turn my pet cat against me as well. Being a empath i have always been able to have good relations with animals, there is a strong spirit of rejection in operation, but I can see it's function. Such a wonderful video thank you trace. Reminds me of nutrition, you absolutely have to detoxify the body, and then you will be able to add the right nutrition the right antioxidants, to a clean body. If you add antioxidants and the right cellular nutrition to a body that has not been detoxified it will not adhere on a cellular level. Makes a lot of sense God will exposure enemies, so we can get rid of them and allow the blessings to take place.
