Proud owner of a strandberg 8. Feels like the neck was made for me.

I have a Jamstik Studio MIDI guitar - I bought it initally with a view to using it as a MIDI controller, but fell in love with it as a regular guitar. Small, light body, plays good, sounds decent, makes me want to get more headless things.

went headless with a strandberg for about a year, started to miss the weight of a headstock in my hand and it really bothered me to the point i sold it and honestly don’t regret it

I was a Les Paul player. Then, I tried Strat and loved it. But, since I'm a Metal fan, who don't play Metal (I play Blues / Neo Soul / Lo-Fi), I always wanted to try a headless. Years after, I have 3 Strandberg, a Hils, an Ibanez Ichi10, an Ibanez Quest and a GOC. I still love my Strats. But my headless are the best.

I love my Boden Standard 6. It's last gen, so it has the roasted maple neck and it plays beautifully. Tuner position is an acquired taste, but the ergonomics of the body and the neck make up for it and then some. It's light so you can play standing up longer, its cutaways allow you to adopt a standing position while sitting down... It's just heaven. I've retired my Strat and Les Paul and gig exclusively with my Boden and I haven't looked back.

I’m mainly a bassist and part time guitarist who watches your channel regularly. I just got a Ibanez EHB headless bass. Smaller and lightweight and balanced with no head dive. I was looking at a Strandberg to add with my PRS CE custom. I’m more interested in the tone and weight of guitars/basses now. I’m hoping to try a Strandberg soon while I’m in Tokyo(I live in Kyoto).

I absolutely want a strandberg. One of my friends has a boden 7 string and the first time I played the neck I knew that they’re for me. I don’t love the headless aesthetic but the ergonomics are godly for the extended voicings I play a lot as a math rock/ 5th wave emo player. I don’t have one yet but I’m actively saving for one rn

I use my 7-string Strandberg for worship at my church. Definitely surprised my band members initially, but now they love it haha. Sometimes I try sneak in some chugs. It's my favorite guitar I've played so far!

If you’re trying to step out of your comfort zone, consider an LTD, the Eclipse (depending on the model) has some similarities with a Les Paul but much more modernized and overall feels a lot different

Welcome to the headless club! I’m not a strat/tele guy but I bought the Boden Classic and it’s incredible. My guitar teacher said it sounded more like a Strat than his Strat then bought the same pickups lol

My strandberg is my absolute favourite guitar. Sure they look a little funny. But theyre good enough that I own two of them now and have had a total of 4 over the years. The tuners get a little funky but the guitar is so stable its often in tune whenever I pick it up. Neck felt completely natural.

I had a Strandberg Fusion for a while. Loved it. One of the best playing and sounding guitars I've ever played. The only thing that messed with me a bit was the fan on the upper 12 frets. They occasionally threw me off. That hooked me on headless, though. I only sold it because I decided to give in to me need for a "prettier" guitar and get a Kiesel headless. I still miss it some days, though. I think I'd like the fan on the 7 strings better.

Still not sure how I feel about the tuners being on the other end but my understanding is that that's also how Floyd Rose setups work.

mike's B shots have been on point. Super impressed on the videos. I've been wanting to try the strandberg for a while now, but in NZ I don't think we have any big chains that have these and to get one is super expensive :(

I mainly play an acoustic, and I'm not that good either. 😂. I have a Squier strat, but have always liked Teles. That said, I think I'd prefer something with less string tension; maybe 24.75 scale. I'm going to try 9s on my Squier. All of that said, I'm getting drawn to offsets and things that are a bit different and love the concept of a headless. Probably overthinking it all. I need to be able to play more than cowboy chords before worrying about GAS. 😅.

Hi, I am a songwriter from the UK. As well as watching your videos, I watch an awesome bass player called Travis Dykes. I do not know if you are aware of him. Anyway, I would really like to write a gospel tune for you both. Is this something that you would be interested in collaborating in?
