As a guy who broke up with his girlfriend, I find this video very helpful. I'm considering getting back with my ex, but I don't want to hurt her anymore, I really love her. We both made mistakes, I did some bad mistakes and I realize it now. But I'm not sure if I'll want her to suffer for me, for her own good. When you've glowed up??? They come back like they've been hiding in a hole somewhere. My ex left me and then a week later he was dating someone new ( which makes me wonder if he always wanted her and just found a gap in the fence). He married her and all the rest. I moved on with someone else but then we broke up. But then I found the gym and the first ex I mentioned, bumped into me Ince I lost all the weight and bought new clothes. His jaw hit the floor & he started acting weird and goofy, lucky his wife wasn't there. He later slid into my messages and tried to strike up conversations, about how good I looked etc... I told him it's inappropriate for a married man to be complementing an ex-girlfriend on the internet, turn around and give a compliment to his wife. I told him, I am done with him and it's disgusting for him to be messaging me. He stopped messaging me. Thanks to the Lord. But it made me realise that he was a weak man and any man, who rejects a woman and then returns to her in even subtle ways EVEN if he is married is a weak, weak man and no woman, needs or deserves a weak ass man.

I'm going through this now. We've been dating since July this year. He always the first to text me good morning and goodnight. I started reciprocating and I noticed he started cooling off. Tony everything you stated about coming back out of heart is soooo right on point. My ex just called me on Saturday after eight months -I broke it off with him due to juggling other women and coming in all hours of the night and blatant disrespect. He apologized several times, said his life took a downward spiral and that he could not find another me. He said he wanted to send me flowers, come by my house, write me a letter but he was afraid of being rejected. He said he’d been thinking about our break up and realized I was right about everything I was noticing and how wrong and foolish he was. He said he never stopped loving me and needed to get back in my good graces. He mentioned his family had been asking about me and what happened with us-he was too embarrassed and disgusted to tell them so he just told them we didn’t work out. He said he never talked bad about me because he knew he messed “us” up. We have been talking daily since Saturday and he has asked if he could see me and take me to dinner. I have not allowed that yet and just want to hold off for awhile to allow him to just talk to me more and we possibly redevelop some level of connection but not romantic cause technically I’ve healed a lot from the breakup and even met another man I’ve fallen for and been dating now for 3 months.
