Its fascinating watching these women realize they aren't getting their way and it totally blows their mind. They literally can't believe that all the crying, the lying, the blaming, the flirting and the tantrums that have always gotten them out of trouble aren't working this time and it completely shatters their world.

A lot of times, Walmart won't arrest on pidley amounts but rest assured that they'll keep track! They wait for a perp to collectively steal a felony's worth; then they tell police, who issue a warrant and BAM!

@AliceNsWonderland not always the case. Sometimes we investigate, and if we see the same people while on shift and they do a petit amount, we apprehend them right there. If people keep the same action throughout different stores, that's a different ball game due to those stores can put different depositions thus making them wanted in different areas. It is all up to the people honestly walmart just want the stuff back and have people being accountable regardless of the price.

Also people have been arrested over a 2 dollar candy bar since they have been trespassed somewhere else, that carries over to all walmarts so a petit theft turns into a burglary felony.

I accidentally stole a $30 bracelet form MACY’S because I tried it on and walked around the store to see if i liked it or not, but my ADHD brain totally forgot by the time i checked out, so security chased me into the parking lot and brought me back into that room and showed me the camera footage of me putting it on and said they watched me walk around the whole store until i left and saw i didn’t buy it. I might’ve gotten away with my looks but I was super apologetic and said it wasn’t on purpose. They said i could still get a fine for 5x the amount in the mail.. I never did @@maysonsharpe

That Sayde chick pretty much done those tests perfect from what I seen that they showed in the video so I don't think it matters if you take the test or not if you have told them you've been drinking because irregardless it's illegal to drink and drive so if regardless if you pass a test you still done something wrong that's illegal so therefore you're going to go to jail regardless if you pass the test or not and a compass said that those tests are to set you up to fail absolutely no way to pass those tests

That's not how it works. You don’t get a lawyer when the police perform sobriety or accident investigations since they are traffic stops. She wasn't read her Miranda rights because the police were not interrogating her. They were gathering information about the accident she caused because she was drunk.

@@Meme_Kid51 it's not only for inmates. The Miranda rights, which are read when you're arrested, state "if you cannot afford an attorney, a public attorney will be provided for you". The lawyer is to make sure that suspects don't accidentally incriminate themselves with wrong wording, etc.
