Je l’ai préparé et en effet c’est très vite fait et très simple à faire. Un délice. J’ai remplacé le sucre par 50 gr de stevia, et la pâte brisée par une sablée, et aussi j’ai rajouté le jus d’un demi citron dans la crème..... parfait!

it's a classic european dessert called "cremschnit". the classic doesn't have mascarpone nor any other type of cheese in it, only vanilla cream. also, you can use custard powder to make it faster... still, not a couple of minutes :-D

I always use left over puff pastry to make something else, either savoury or sweet. If you wrap it, it will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days quite well.
