Mine too! Her very first Billboard no.1 hit. It's such a timeless song (33 years old)! Oh, there were so many naysayers, who said she was a one-hit wonder; boy, do they all have egg on their face! I felt she'd be a superstar in her own right, especially after the video for "The Pleasure Principle", then the RN album sealed the deal. The rest is history as they say. Now, she's a Rock n Roll Hall of Famer! Take That, All Of Those That Said She Was Riding The Coattails of MJ! I never even got that "riding MJ'S coattails because if that were the case, how come Latoya isn't as successful. Rebbie who's a great singer isn't a great success either, although her focus was on her family. Latoya, on the other hand, tried her damnedest to rivarly Michael's success, she even said so in one of their home videos. I think Latoya could've been a model before she became too obsessive with plastic surgery. She looked really beautiful when she did the Playboy pics, after that, not too much. I will always have a special place in my heart for all of the Jackson's. America's First African-American Music Royalty!

Sure, but you must realize how these performances went; She was in The Netherlands only short enough to perform at a couple of places and do 3 (local) TV appearances at the most, of which this was one. They had possibly only twenty minutes to set it all up (and I mean all of it, including the set-dressing of the stage), so they just went with what they could do and tried to make the best of it.

I just think Janet's beautiful, period! But, if I had to guess, I'd say that it's her real hair. Their mom always had beautiful and healthy looking hair and Latoya also had a nice length of hair, even before all the enhancements woman use today. I have nothing at all against it. Having had a sister who did hair for a living for a time, I've seen a lot of things a woman can do with her hair and some of it is downright magical!
