I hope Viktor gets a buff, his design hits the mark. I can see that Viktor's spell grants the keyword to all of his copies. Rumble already does this and comparable units like Pantheon or Arsenal dont need to stay on the board for ages. The only problems I can see on the spot are cloning strategies with SI but they didnt really go off with Pantheon.

Instead grant him random keyword every round, how about pick an ally to grant him a random buff. With this remake, Fated can play with PnZ region.

Biggest issue I'd guess would be you'd be giving up all the stabilising tools Targon provides, which are kinda necessary for this deck to survive in any aggro matchup. As much as it's memed that any deck becomes viable with bandle, they do still lack any form of healing (outside of manifesting tasty faefolk). To work as a wincon, Viktor needs to be able to stick on a board for multiple turns to stack augment and keywords. If you want to try Bandle PnZ fae, just running glorious evolution might work better since you get so much value from manifest chains.
