The child they rehomed had special needs and hurt them/thier children. Unfortunately, when you adopt Children (whether from overseas or even here in the UK), the profiles distributed to prospective parents about the children are more often than not woefully incomplete. The problem then follows down the road when "follow-on care" never materialises and you are left with a very poorly child who you have no idea how to support. THIS HAPPENS TO FOSTER CARERS AND PROSPECTIVE ADOPTIVE PARENTS EVERDAY, ALL OVER THE WORLD. We have had first-hand experience of this "system" and know that what happened to The Stauffer Family is sadly the reality for many families who are trying to adopt or foster. Until we fully understand this problem, we cannot empathise with all parties as we really should. Sensationalism may look attractive but there is a genuine, real-life problem at the root of this controversy. Thier problems as a family should invite your compassion, not your contempt xx
@kaelaleedaley4 жыл бұрын
@John Small I should assume that for the usual reasons people want to take on and love Adopted/Fostered Children - that being that they have an abundance and overflow of love, potentially money and that they want to show that love and prosper a child from difficult circumstances. This is not a new or revolutionary idea afterall, but the modern complications and red-tape surrounding Adoptions/Fostering Placements and unfortunately, the slowness and inefficiency of modern "Social Services" means that children are utterly destroyed, body and soul before they are surrendered or forcibly removed. Many Social Sevices departments around the world are chronically overworked and are usually staffed with formerly bright, intelligent and caring people who have had those qualities squeezed out by modern policies. Information held on Children is largely incomplete and sadly, in the case of both Overseas adoptions and domestic, information that would harm the chances of the child's placement (typically any aggression, anger, physical or mental disabilities and even testimonies from prior placements often does "go missing", only to rematerialise when the Adoptive Family seeks support or "aftercare". Again, we have 1st hand knowledge of this.) Laws in the UK to keep children with thier parents longer whilst at risk was passed several years ago. The poor children need love and nurturing but often destroy the bonds they make with new families in an attempt to preemptively sabotage thier placement and bring a sudden end the pain they feel is waiting for them further down the road when they feel they will surely be rejected again. Please, feel free to contact the Stauffers with your concerns and ask them why they adopted. The family (and that poor, dear child) are all deeply hurt and traumatised by what they have gone through collectively. No amount of sponsorship, deals or money can ever be enough the justify the pain and feelings of failure that they will be plagued by xx

I love the OffTheRanch KZbin channel, but we gotta send this video to them. They are proper southern social media stars. The biggest gun channel on KZbin DemolitionRanch, plus their family adventures channel OffTheRanch, plus the husband Matts original vetanarian job channel VetRanch, a new factory built this year to make some of their merchandise, an abandoned ruin of a mansion that they are renovating to live in, plus their wider families success on KZbin helped by them, plus being in the Texas celebrity circles. They are truely blessed and seemingly loving it.
@mannfan123 жыл бұрын
Yeah I came across VetRanch a few years ago and enjoyed those videos. Even more so after finding out he lives less than an hour from me. But I quit watching after he migrated to demolitionranch. I just don't find that interesting nor anything else he does. But more power to him. At least he has the Vet skills to fall back on when the KZbin fad fades.
