i love these videos because these guys seem to pull their knowledge more from practical experience and not super fancy scientific studies. Not that those aren't important, but in practice results don't always go like perfectly controlled experiments

Just got back on the health train...working out and eating much better. I stick between 33/33/33 or 20/30/40...carbs, fats, protein. Usual day is 2500 Cal and carbs mainly immediately after the workout. Down 7lbs in a week

how many carbs should I be eating? Is there a specific ratio with proteins? A calculation? thank you

Try 30% protein, 30% fats and 40% carbs, and see how you feel.. If you need to, you can make slight changes, but that a good starting point

Truth is... If u never ate a single carb again... You would feel better...

@@MurderousJohnny oh man the ignorance... There is no mechanism, no cell, no nothing in the human body that requires carbs. Brains work way better on ketones than glucose. And over all in the whole body u can barely find 5 grams of glucose lol... 5 fucking grams. And it's made by the liver not by eating it... Do your research before talking nonsense. Our only organ, gallbladder that was used to digest fiber and extract nutrition from carbohydrates has become tiny over millions of years without eating carbs... There is absolutely no reason for a human to eat them. You can do it if you want. But to say that you need carbs and you can't survive without them and you're gonna feel bad... Is utter nonsense.
