Thanks for sharing. Sudden storm clouds during an otherwise sunny day has sometimes produced sudden hauls for me.

One reason that early morning and early evening are good, is the angel of light. It does not penitrate the water but glances off. High noon is direct light penitration.

This helped, Thank you! I am rock fishing saltwater in Australia and this works on that part as well. Also I have a question, what’s the preferred wind speed for fishing?

I just want to say love your vids man, I can definitely say your fishing times are accurate. I just went the other morning, about 5 or so, I had a chartreuse split tail jig, I probably caught 20 bass, some of them were small, but I mean literally everytime I cast I caught a 🐟

in florida for salt water i like to fish during low tide in the Daytona inner coastal. theres this area just south of daytona where the inner coastal meets the ocean and there is this massive flat there that at full low tide is like 3 feet high and then the water next to it is really deep so i usually like to hit those deep spots and hit them down near the bottom cause all the fish that where on that flat at high tide are usually bottom feeders or predator fish and i just cant get them to stop biting. its literally one after the other after the other. the differnce between salt and fresh water is salt water fish don't care they are just hungery 24/7 fresh water fish are very pickey.

i find the best time is before a storm and the weather is hot. catfish are def more active at night from my experience like anytime past midnight or right before it hits darkness

One problem with the river rising that I had was that water was pushing hard but there was a lot of sea weed, or algae in the water. And every time I cast, i would feel up a bunch of it. Also, I don’t think the fish would be feeding bc of this

I think its more simple rainy overcast days are bad for birds i reckon thats why fish are feeding more
