These shows are such classics. Nothing like this will ever be done again. I remember when growing up, my parents and I always watched the show on saturday night, religiously without fail. My favorite was when Harvey Korman, started laughing, it was extreemly contagious. It just did not get any better.

Never appreciated or watched this stuff when I was younger. So good. She's funnier, a better clown, physically than Lucy or Joan Davis, great stuff really. Intelligent writers, great comic acting team. Thanks for helping me learn this Wonderful comedienne.

Harvey developed and played this character well, with his facial expressions, accent and physical movements, all of which are unique to the fictional Funt character. Harvey did the same with his Ed character, wife of Eunice for the Family skis. He was a funny man who enjoyed entertaining and performing probably as much as (we) enjoyed watching him. I record all episodes of the Carol Burnet show and watch 2 to 3 episodes every night before I go to bed. I’ve watched the same episodes repeatedly, like o do with the honeymooners, Star Trek,and hogans heroes. They don’t get old to me, I watch them over and over and never tire of them.
