Problem is: Ryan leaves all the prep, fueling and putting tools on the trucks until the morning of. You have to take care of all that stuff the DAY BEFORE, so all you have to do is show up at the yard, start the trucks and leave.

The guys need to be cleaning off the trucks and putting stuff on chargers etc when they get back to the yard every single day. Checking supplies and tools to make sure they have everything they need for the following morning. Ryan needs to put this into place. They just leave everything as is with a "I'll deal with it later" mentality which will leave you with dead batteries and problems that aren't easy to solve at 6am.

When covering with plastic try pvc pipe like 1 in or so that you can make into an arch like the salt bin you have . You can use your pins to attach the pipes . Water sheds faster. Lightweight and you can make slip joints to make them fit any area. Just a tip for making things easier and less dreadful and more productive. Enjoy watching your videos. Your doing great. I’ve always used bagged concrete, but last summer I had a one yard pour in my back yard, so I ordered from the local supplier, thinking “no wheel barrow mixing, great!” The load was so hot, I couldn’t even screed the walkway before it started settling up. Of the entire walk, I was only able to properly finish about two square yards. What a disaster! I plan on patching, grinding, and overlaying most of the walkway. If I ever pour again, I’ll use bagged goods.

There’s gotta be more behind the scenes stuff happening that pushed bugs away. As great as you see Ryan treating his workers doesn’t make sense

It's probably just a clash of two totally different personalities. Plus, he and Bugs have worked together for a long time and after a while you can start to get sick of each other. Especially when one of the parties is always bringing negative vibes to the work environment
