Love way Jo interviews,she just makes it like a chat with a girlfriend, so relaxed and so entertaining, I could watch all day. Love Davina too and her go forward attitude. I'm between these two in age and just love the way women in their "second spring" are just living their lives to the fullest and not giving a damn what people think. Life is too short, just live it.

Totally inspiring! As a, soon to be 58 year old, lady I sometimes wonder if I should be so ambitious at my age. I run my own fashion business and sometimes feel so old compared to everyone else in the business. But watching this video has definitely inspired me to just keep doing what I'm doing and what I love and not to take notice of anybody else! Thank you for such a great video Jo and Davina. More Jo and more Gold please! I would love a show on feet and aging; not just bunions but all the many issues that come up as we age like neuropathy. There are endless women suffering from hot burning feet. If you Google it you'll find just how prolific the problem is. Thank you 😊

The "burning" is quite possibly inflammation. Neal's Yard do a great balm that gives pretty much instant relief. A spiky pilates ball (about size of a tennis ball but plastic spikes - on Amazon) rolled under the foot helps. Heel raises several days a week do too and strengthening feet and ankles. Doesn't take long to turn around. x

Yes neuropathy would be a great subject have suffered for over twenty years now. No cure I know but there must be some relief out there!
