Thanks for honoring my freedom of speech. There is not a doubt in my mind that when Jordan studies and preaches from either his Catholic or Protestant bible, that he is certain that he is telling the truth straight from GOD. All the more is the pity ... because had Jesus lived as a real man ... not one word can be found anywhere on earth in his own handwriting ... and that ought to be a clue that the stories ... as are ALL religious stories ... are nothing other than myths.

I doubt even if you wrote the book from way back then that people would have your hand writing chances are low but books rewritten has a possibility and that we know has happened

@@precious785 I suggest that had Jesus existed he would have insisted on writing his own biography ... which would make it plain that he never would have preached any other doctrine than Judaism. Those men that wrote the bible were not in the presence of a man named Jesus. They simply USED their imaginations to write fiction. From the book “Smith’s Bible Dictionary. Bible There are at least thirty six different authors, who wrote in three continents, in many countries, in three languages, and from every possible human standpoint. Among these authors were kings, farmers, mechanics, scientific men, lawyers, generals, fishermen, ministers and priests, a tax-collector, a doctor, some rich, some poor, some city bred, some country born-thus touching all the experiences of men-extending over 1500 years.

@@precious785 Had Jesus existed ... his book would have been compiled in first person type of script. The first bible was NOT an autobiography. It was a biography written by men who listened to gossip and spread the gossip as being truth. All books labeled as being holy information from gods are nothing other than myths that were spread as being truth. Religion started IN the dark ages ... and it keeps us in the dark ages.

@@precious785 I suggest that you are wrong. If there had been any hand-writing by the supposed savior of humanity ... those words would have been guarded as THE most precious words ever written. Yet not one word in the handwriting of Jesus ... during an era when men WERE writing by hand. If something doesn't make sense ... rest assured it's a lie. And long before the Jesus "son of god" myth ... there were many other sons of gods myths fabricated by other men. Please note how Chrishna was spelled in 1875 … compared to how it is spelled now as “Krishna.” From the book … The World’s Sixteen Crucified Saviors … Christianity before Christ, by Kersey Graves … first published in 1875. Pagan Miracles And we have the same kind of evidence that the Hindoo Messiah, Chrishna, of India, restored two boys to life who had been killed by the bites of serpents, as that Jesus Christ resurrected Lazarus and the widow’s son of Nain; and as much proof that Bacchus turned water into wine, as that Jesus performed this act six hundred years after.

@@precious785 Thankfully … now that hundreds of members of clergy of various religions are leaving their indoctrinations behind ... there is hope for everyone. From the book ... Apostle to Apostate: The Story of the Clergy Project … authors … Catherine Dunphy, Richard Dawkins When you are reared to think of your faith and its leaders as infallible, dissent can be an unsettling thing. This is particularly true for clergy, who have devoted their lives to the subject of faith. I therefore especially hope that this story reaches those clergy who have yet to articulate their doubts. As they struggle through this process, I am thankful that they can look to the Clergy Project as an example of community and humanism as an example of good. As former clergy who have left churches of every denomination, synagogues, mosques, convents, monasteries, and theological institutions, we stand as examples of the reasonableness of doubt and its thoughtful conclusions. I cannot help but think that we offer a compelling voice for why science and secularism do a better job than religion and superstition of answering the so-called ultimate questions.
