I have a friend whose wife abused him violently and her eldest daughter sexually. She is literally insane and even though the court gave custody of the kids to him (she is not allowed to see the daughter) he had to pay so much alimony to her that she bought a new house, gave up work and now spends all day drinking and whoring. The court fees almost bankrupted him. She never got justice for abusing her daughter, even though me and my wife testified with evidence. The system is sick.

The police wouldn't file charges for child abuse because she got a pro-feminist charity to defend her and they gave up on the case due to her 'psychological problems'. Here in the UK if a man did what she did he'd be on the sex offender register and in prison. She got away with it purely and absolutely because she's a woman. She is now psychologically abusing her youngest child. We do what we can for the dad in all this but the system is broken. She does what she likes. In revenge for us testifying against her she attacked my wife and child and stole photos from my Facebook of me, uploaded them to dating sites and tried to convince my wife I was cheating on her. I lost my cool and the police warned me if I went in 100ft of her they'd arrest me and I'd face criminal charges for threatening behaviour. With police, social services and this feminist charity on her side it feels hopeless. I don't know why the police protect her. They are called out to her on a weekly basis when she gets in fights and disturbs the peace.

The female judge asked my ex when she took me to court trying to get full custody of my kids with lies why she still lived with her mom and dad at the age of 33. My ex responded "It's so hard and I can't do it on my own and he isn't providing any child support." Judge snapped at her immediately and my jaw dropped. Inside I was wringing with happiness. She said "Oh bullshit. It isn't 1950. You aren't helpless or incapable. So don't go there with me." This was after her and her attorney had pissed the judge off several times. They were caught in multiple lies. I hadn't seen my kids in almost 2 months because the lies she told were horrendous. But after all was said and done, the judge looked at me and said "Pick your kids up tomorrow." The ex freaked out and had her attorney say "Tomorrow isn't good, she needs them." Judge had had it by this point. She flipped on my ex and told her it was time to grow up and stop acting like a 2-year-old. Then proceeded to tell her she needed to be a parent instead of a friend and do what's best for these kids and that children need a strong male presence in their life. So I had my attorney ask if it meant I could get them from school and the judge replied "Absolutely." Never cried so hard in my life until the next day when I grabbed my kiddos in my arms and didn't want to let go. My son had PTSD for over a year and wouldn't leave my side. He wouldn't stay with my mom at all because the last time he stayed with her he didn't see me for 2 months and in his little mind if he stayed with meme again he wouldn't see me. She screwed them up for awhile. Got the final orders a few months later after the judge spoke with the kids. No child support, 50/50 custody, 50/50 time with the kids. Being the civil one pays off this day and age if you get a good judge. I always tried doing what's best for the kids and my ex always tried doing the opposite or what was best for her and that was proven in court. Oh, her attorney also tried making a big deal out of "me leaving her while she was pregnant" (this was years before we went to court before my son was born). I told her if she would do the math I didn't even know she was pregnant when I left her, but when I left I gave her a brand new car so my kids wouldn't be stranded and offered for her to keep the house. Didn't find out about her being pregnant until after. Went to every appointment I could and was there for his birth even though I was seeing someone else. Being civil, grateful and prepared goes a long way in court. When I had a woman judge I thought I was screwed, but the universe taught me that day to not judge a book by its cover.
