Well its mainly bc you can't be brutally honest anymore. People are too concerned about other peoples feelings, emotions, and opinions of their honesty. Just be honest and have your opinion. If someone doesn't agree, agree to disagree and move on.
@themedicarelife49392 жыл бұрын
@@Joker-11B-SYLV I also believe it is because people are not accustomed to hearing straightforward truth. It's because Michael Jordan is more naturally an introvert. He felt more comfortable going back to a joke that had worked earlier (even tho it was stale later). As an introvert, he felt ge should be witty but wasn't as quick on his feet in such a social situation as Charles Barkley is is who is clearly more an extrovert
Pity this friendship broke up. This is so refreshing to watch even all these years later.

That's what bothered me bought that. Chuck was being Chuck, brutally honest not for clicks and views just pure unadulterated truth, you'd think Mike was use to that seeing how close they were for so many years. But I guess Mike took that personally no pun intended and felt Chuck could've told him that in private or just let it go. IDK if it's ego and/or he was legit hurt. But at the same time Mike does have his yes men and he's viewed as a living frickin god. IDK I just hope I can see the day they sort things out and be friends again

@The R. Jordan is real, and the GOAT. The only downside is that drive and independence that made him the best also makes him kind of an asshole. No big deal tho, if he wasn't he would have never been as good as he was. Barkley would be the better guy to get a beer with for sure.

It’s all true though. Just like John Starks. Barkley and Starks both had a lot of heart carrying a huge chunk of their teams but weren’t enough to get rings, no matter where they were.
@user-ej9ub6wl5l4 жыл бұрын
I dunno. When MJ won his first ring, he was the solitary all star on the Bulls. Pip wasn't the player we know as a legend from the beginning. In 91, he was still trying to prove that him being named an all star for 90 wasn't a fluke, and he failed to make the team. Many people forget, bulls in 91 were like 2 mil under cap, and they still failed to get a reliable backup scorer. The biggest acquisition they made was Cliff Levingston at backup SF. People forget Jordan didn't really have a ton of help. And he got Rodman when he was old. In both the 97 and 98 finals, Rodman averaged single-digit rebounds.(7.7, 8.3) In fact, 96 was the only season he played like a true HOFer. I'm not denying that Dennis was a legend. Him getting into hall of fame so late was a travesty, but Bulls did get him in the downside of his career. He was one of the league's best power forwards until 1996. But after he past 35 (in 96-97), he was just a solid role player. There is no evading Father Time, not even for the greats
