The Cabrera one is more him not hustling than his slowness looks like the ole “I’m out so imma not try” then the players feels they need to take an extra base because they didn’t hustle

Or more likely, "Imma make 30+ million whether I'm safe or not, so why not just make it look good."

1:11 I love how the shortstop takes a momentary pause because he is startled that he can still make the play. 😂😂😂

That Molina helmet ejection was such bs

How? It’s in the rules thrown equipment is an automatic ejection

Great player but disgusting human!
@JobiWan1444 сағат бұрын
@@kurumauzamaki2731That's not even close to correct. Most of the time, the ump will point to the thrown equipment to indicate an equipment violation, for which the penalty is a fine, not disqualification from the game. After this warning, a second thrown piece of equipment is an automatic ejection. Occasionally umps will eject on the first throw if they deem it particularly egregious, but that's the exception, not the rule. Also, I think the body language (or verbal language) has to indicate disgust for the equipment throw to qualify for this rule.

@@JobiWan144 it’s umpire discretion just like arguing balls and strikes call for an automatic ejection

That Simmons play was so smooth, I could watch him play shortstop for hours

I love Sean Casey. But him getting thrown out at first from left was insane.

Casey was on his way back to the dugout and out of the batters box before he started hustling 😂

Slow guys in MLB are the ultimate equalizer... making routine outs look like highlight reels. Vogelbach tagging out after a warning track relay is the perfect mix of comedy and tragedy 🚶♂⚾

and yet somehow, bengie molina hit for the cycle once. imagine how bad you have to be to allow that man to hit a triple. you think yadi was slow... hell, prince fielder had an inside the park home run. i thought he'd have a heart attack at the end.

I feel bad for Vogelbach. The other two were kinda sandbagging it but big boy was hauling and was still out

You could put together a loooong highlight reel of infield plays that look amazing, until you realize it’s Yadi.

My 12 year old niece could have thrown out Pujols in his Angel days! The guy was a GIDP machine the last 10 years of his career!
@dennissvitak54757 сағат бұрын
He wasn't any better as a Cardinal. He has 50 more GIDP than the #2 all time guy. He would smoke a ground ball, and start jogging. I also saw Pujols, personally, get thrown out three times at second on a ball bombed off the wall on the fly. He. Just. Didn't. Hustle. I was thrilled when the Cardinals let him go.
@kurtzmann224 сағат бұрын
He was slow his entire career but he had plantar fasciitis and a lot of foot problems later in his Cardinal days and into his Angel years. Remember he somehow scored over 100 runs every year for a longgg stretch until his run stopped at 99 one year lol.
