But I’ll also type it out for you because the video is a little older: 1 lb of elbow macaroni 2 pounds of medium cheddar (mix half, top layer half) 5 oz of low-moisture mozzarella cheese 1 lb of Velveeta (or favorite creamy cheese) Slices of Munster (she says optional here but I personally think the Munster really makes it, idk how much she uses but I usually use around 3 packages to cover the surface area of the dish I use because I layers this like a lasagna and the Munster goes on top of each layer and it gets really crispy on top and gooey) 1/2 stick of butter 1.5 cups of milk 3 cloves of minced garlic (optional- personally I’ve never put garlic in it) Salt (water pot) I do add salt and pepper before I start putting it into the dish I use that goes into the oven
