As we always say, "Ya can't control the weather"........
👉In this vid we hit the North Qld town of Lucinda with big plans of getting in some good fishing and exploring some remote islands and waterfalls..You'll have to watch to find out what we get up to..
👉Then we head to Cairns to find a few great Hip Camps and do some crazy Activities with the kids..I still can't believe Jack did it😆
👉We succumb to the AIR FRYER generation...
👉And I Perform a bush poem that i wrote myself after a few rum tins around camp😂😂

I'm an air fryer convert. I bought a 5 litre airfryer from Aldi for about $69. Temperature range up to 200 C. Instant heat. Timer. I went away in my caravan for 2 months and only used the gas Ziggler and Brown char grill BBQ once. I cook perfect steaks in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 200 C. I run the caravan off my Bluetti AC200P lithium solar generator and cooking a steak draws less than 10% of the Bluetti's capacity. Now I use the air fryer at home nearly every night and hardly use my big Webber Q gas BBQ because I don't need to. If you have enough off grid power for your caravan an air fryer is a really useful, clean simple way to cook.
