'The Caravan Killer' - in this episode we gear up to conquer the notorious Gibb River Road, also known as the 'Caravan Killer'! We show you how we prepare both inside and outside the van.
Night one is spent at Lennard River Free Camp, where we base ourselves close to Tunnel Creek and I psyche myself up to swim/hike through deep, cold water in the pitch black knowing that plenty of crocs call this place home 🐊 😧
This is all part of our journey from Brisbane through Western Australia via New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia then back down to Victoria and back up to QLD!

Sync your GoPro to a phone , put it in live view mode and mount the GoPro inside van… hit the dirt roads and you can see real time what’s going on inside.. if something falls off or opens you can deal with it straight away.. i alway thought maybe a cheap wifi reverse camera might do the same job as well..

Haha great idea…we have two factory GM cameras, 1 on the back of the caravan and 1 inside. They both run through the infotainment system in the chev.

which diesel you get with the chevy truck , sure miss my 3500 dodge Ram, sold it bought a 1500 dodge , never checked they changed to V6 and not a cummins, I did a swap with a 81 Scrambler old iron mike for a 4 cyl cummins 2.8 turbo diesel , jeep is fast and plenty of torque.
