@@contentsailor5764 I'm anime only, but my prediction is that both Kaido and Big Mom will be done after Wano. Luffy will then fight Shanks, who'll help Luffy beat Blackbeard. Luffy becomes the Pirate King and he and the revolutionaries take down Im and the World Nobles. Usopp gets together with his girl (most important part). One Piece ends. Then some years later they'll probably do Roger's story, even as just an anime only show.

I think it'll be roughly 8 more years. One Piece gonna reach its 30th anniversary. I feel like Wano will last about 3 years or a little more making it 120 to 150. Then they'll be about 5-7 more years since we will have arvs like Elbaf which will be 60 to 80 chapters so thats about a year. Then. I could see there being 2 to 3 more arcs and they'll be 200 chapters in total. Then Raftel lasts over 100 chapters ofc. And finally we have epilpgue chapters maybe 5 to 10. It might be 1290 or 1335 give or take. Thats what I think because there are so many things that still need to be wrapped up that Oda has set up that it might take over 300 to 400 more chapters to get done

I think it will end 2027, it will mark the 30th anniversary. 320 chapters more ( 320+950 = 1270) because Oda write around 40 chapters per year, and we all think that Wano arc will be the longest in the series. after that, we have Elbaf, shanks, BB , Raftel and Marijoa. 8 years from now is a safe guess.

I consider the Timeskip as more or less the halfway-mark. By that personal estimate, this means 120 Volumes and about 1200 Chapters, perhaps a bit more than that. Thus, at the current speed, the final chapter would be released in late 2025 and the final Volume in early 2026, with the Anime ending at around the same time. Six more years of One Piece sounds like a lot, but they still have a lot to do: Finishing up the Wano and Kaido Arc, the final confrontation with the WG (and Im, whoever he is) and Akainu, the conflict with Blackbeard, the uncovering of the events of the Void Century. Not to mention, we havent even come close to realize most of the Main Characters goals: Sanji needs to find the All Blue, Brook needs to return to Laboum, Nami needs to draw her map, Usopp... still hasnt visited Elbaf yet. Not to mention the One Piece itself... ...27 More Volumes . Thats the time it took the Manga for getting from the Timeskip to the beginning of Luffys' battle against Katakuri. To wrap up everything, this should be about enough.

Elbaf will most definitely be visited, but it's very possible that the crew won't realize their individual dreams within the series. I honestly can't see how Mihawk and Zoro having a big fight at this point would tie into the story, so after the series ends the crew could go their separate ways to fulfill their various dreams. Hell, Luffy might NOT become Pirate King and/or gain the One Piece. Perhaps the adventure will 'continue' as the ultimate ending? My point is, that would allow for Oda to focus on the main plot without having to do Zoro vs Mihawk, All Blue, or even Laboon or Shanks.

The All Blue might be the part that the final island is situated in, Nami can finish her map at the ending, Elbaf as you said will be visited sometime and Brook will probably meet the Swholey Boi at the end too after Luffy is PK, theres many other ways Oda can make it work

@@FirewolfKnight I doubt it though. Walking Dead and Dragon Ball never had a finish goal. One piece, just like Naruto, does. Finding One Piece and the World Government conflict are threads that will have to be resolved, and once that happens, fans will already feel like the story is ending.

@@tdfern1 Toei decided to distribute some of their Precure staff for Wano. And Precure always looks amazing, without exception. Not saying you're wrong, but the light is looking alot brighter for the anime in the long haul.

THE PANTHAR017 no, even 1979 Doraemon had 6 minute episodes up until 1981. Then it got moved to the half hour time slot so it increased new episodes to 10 minutes and padded it out with reruns. In special cases, they would make 23 minute episodes, but in terms of overall length, One Piece would still top it

It was big, but it wasn't part of the big 3. It was already running for 7 years when Bleach came out, and the anime wasn't nearly as popular in america as Bleach, One Piece, and Naruto were.

God, I hope we still have more than 5 years left. One piece is such a big part of my life and many other people’s life. I literally was a baby when one piece started, and I’ve watched one piece since I can remember. Coming home from school as fast as I could because one piece was on the tv and I sat and watched the episodes, then later in my teens I was introduced to the manga and started reading it, and I’m now 25 and since I was 15 I’ve been reading one piece and watching the anime, I hope when it’s done, I will buy the dvds/whatever they sell so, my future kids can watch this masterpiece too. God I’m going to cry like a little girl when one piece ends..

I think the percentages were actually mostly literal, it's just that he meant the progression of the story rather than the elapsed time/page count of the story. 60% of the way through Luffy's adventure is East Blue+50% of the grand line and the Fishman Island itself, which sounds pretty correct to me as that seems about 60% as far as Luffy needs to sail. Similarly in distance travelled for the 65% and 80% benchmarks being preeetty close to where they are as far as Luffy's adventure if we're assuming the end of New World is where it ends. Like, the Grand Line is a Progress Bar but it's a little longer because you have to include Luffy's East Blue Adventures. Then the percentage of that progress bar he's sailed past is very similar to the percentages Oda gave for how far long the story was.

Considering where we are: Wano will end with both Kaido and Big Mom done. We know everything about BM, so anything from her crew will be fast, but we know very little about Beast Pirates. Beast pirates introduction, flashback itself will be at least 10 + chapters. Now, the kuri is in control, so is prison and still got 8 days till final battle. Even if we skip the 8 days in a few chapters, we still got the big fight/ climax. The fight to take down each commander should at least take 2-3 chapters, considering how long it took in BM's turf. So its at least 30+ chapter for the final battle. With Oda's pace now being 3 chapter and 1 break. It means we can get maximum 36 chapters a year. My estimation is Wano arc will end in at least 2 years with 50 + chapters to go. Then we got Shanks arc, which shouldn't take long since it will just be a kinda fun arc and shanks might fight Luffy for testing him etc. Then the Black Beard fight, or maybe the fight for OP, at least 40 chapters. Then the final war with World government, which should take at least 30 chapters, considering how long it took for WB war. So with my estimation at least 6 years and this is not including possible Elbaf arc , revolutionary army, and marine interfering or chasing straw hats...So I will say One piece will not end before 2026.
