I was thinking they got one that was too big or not well designed for the actual use. Lots of open unused space. Just saw another of his videos. Classic US house sold by the sqft, and lack of thought as to how big a space should be. Why is the kitchen area so big? There will be lots of extra steps to get everything and for no purpose. Other rooms with wide spaces for no particular reason. It's a nicely finished house, but not well designed.
