So Cal ppl are definitely more aggressive, and entitled along with being maniacs driving on the road I can say that Nor Cal people for the most part tend to be a bit more passive, liberal and less confrontational. However, without generalizing you can find both in each regions of the state as the end of the day it’s still California.
