hun you would be surprised, one of my wife's friends was out fishing he saw a group of kids they had a baby kitten in hand ready to cut the kitten up for fish bait, the man said he walked overtook the cat away from them and told them to leave before he called police, i found a kitten in my back yard in 2016 he was bloated from starvation it took a week to get him to come to me, now hes 16lbs and a real lover, we had 6 cats 4 inside 2 outside sadly i lost one of my outside cats i figure someone got ahold of her and body slammed her on the steps kids are cruel just as this woman, now iv done a few things towards people and regrated it. i put a sign in the yard it said i have a shovel if your do go's and you dont pick it up i will scoop it up and throw it at you, even though its something i cant legally do, but one day i stepped out there was an elderly woman with her dog her dog was like the one on here she saw me saw the sign and picked up the crap by bare hand and put it in her pocket, so i made sure that sign vanished,
