The only ones I can think of actually going wrong is Maurice Hastings who was behind bars for 38 years and only recently freed, Joaquin Ciria who was in prison for 32 years based on false witness testimony, Alexander Torres imprisoned for 20 years because a witness picked him out of a lineup but said he didn’t look like the shooter but out of all the pics, he slightly resembled the shooter the most (but was adamant it wasn’t him), Michael Morton served 25 years for allegedly killing his wife but DNA evidence finally proved him innocent, and Timothy Cole who died during his 25th year in prison after being wrongfully convicted of raping another college student. Dna evidenced proved Cole innocent, along with Jerry Wayne Johnson (who was already serving a 99 year sentence) admitting he had been the one to commit the crime, but nobody cared about his confession while Cole was still alive. DNA evidence backed up Johnson’s confession too.

The man who shot Eric Washington is a hero. How was he or anyone else in that taqueria supposed to know that Washington's gun was a toy replica? When you see an armed robbery happen, you don't automatically assume that any firearms involved are fake. You're going to take it seriously. Yes, in the actual footage, the man walked over, and took the gun from Washington, after it fell in the floor. He then screamed out it was fake and he was incredibly distraught and yelling at the body of Washington, about the fake gun and why he would try and rob people.. It was sad to watch, even sadder that Washington would try to intimidate people with a fake gun and then be killed 😕 Not saying he should have used a real Gun, saying he could have just walked in and asked people if they had some spare money.. In Canada, that's what people do, if anyone ever shows up with a gun anywhere here in Canada, they get shot or attacked immediately. Guns are illegal here, so anyone with a gun, is a criminal

I don't know how I feel about the man who killed Eric Washington. He definitely went overboard but he was probably running off of adrenaline. It's no casual thing to kill someone, especially when you find out it was a fake gun afterwards. One of my childhood friends was a pizza delivery driver years ago. One night, he was robbed at gun point during a delivery. When he arrived at the home, the porch light was off and there was no lights save for the street light at the far end of the property. He gave the guy everything he had on him, including the pizza but the guy kept pulling out his gun then putting it back up. The guy did this three times then my friend, who had his concealed carry, pulled out his own gun and shot the guy. The guy lived and come to find out, he was 17 and the gun was fake. During the news coverage of the event, the kids mother blamed my friend, saying that he should have known it was a "lil toy gun" even though the kid had modified it to look real. My friend felt so bad about shooting a kid that he tried to kill himself about year later.

3rd day of riots in London, police congregated in Camden before going to wherever they were called. A guy tried to rob a phone shop about 100m away from them! How the hell he missed 30+ cops, I have no idea. I was on a bus going passed and had a birds eye view. The thing is, it's all well and good to say someone isn't a threat anymore. How many times have we seen the footage or read about a person who has been shot while committing a violent crime get back up even if it's only briefly. 5:40 he dose not have to worry about carrying that burden for very long. From what I have heard and seen form the people close to the victim/robber people are actively looking to deliver the killer from all his earthly burdens. I pray that those people and God show him the mercy he denied that man he killed as well as forgiveness. Not for his benefit. But so the family can heal.

11:00 I remember witnessing something similar to this and around 2010. It was out of place in Washington called Multnomah falls State Park, and this girl was scared to jump off the bridge into the water 50 ft below. One of her friends pushed her, and she ended up with her nose piercing and belly button piercing ripped out. That's all we could see from the outside, but it also looked like she had maybe dislocated her elbow. I remember that. So vividly because my mother was still breastfeeding my brother at the time, and one of the absorbent pads for weeks floated up out of her top and down the river. That was particularly funny to 9-year-old me
