Football today is about athleticism and less about ability. The players of today dont have to play against butchers, are protected too much, have incredible playing surfaces and goal keepers can no longer pick up back passes.. In the 90's you'd be hard pressed to pick a worlds best XI yet today it virtually picks itself.
