In a time of car jackings, even during the daytime, I feel like if someone tries to hold you up after passing you could claim that you were afraid they were going to steal your car and push them out of the way. Then proceed to a public place where cops would be waiting.

A lot of these "brake checks" are pretty mild, and hard to distinguish from just ordinary traffic. I'm not going to get upset over a brief flash of taillights. That said, I've been driving longer than you, and I don't let much bother me.

i allway drive a crap car, and weld steel bumpers on them. have been brake checked lots of times, and all those cars have been rear ended. and yes i do have dash cams. you break check me, i am not stopping.
