about your relationship: I’ve been watching u for years and i would NEVER say that you’re cringe. what i actually can say is that sometimes you say things that i find really surprising and funny! also it is time to embrace cringe!! ppl would be sooo boring if they were saying only things that are appropriate, obvious and serious.

Jade, thank you so much for this episode. Your experiences with your first relationship and how it affected your creativity really resonate. Right now I'm stuck in my creative projects for the same reason and I'm really scared, but this episode gave me a lot of hope. Thank you again. ❤❤❤ Sending much love your way xx

Hi Jade. Thanks for this episode of the podcast. I have to say, I’m 40 and i still struggling with trust in myself, but recently i went to Oxford in Kaplan’s school during two weeks and i proud of myself because i had never took the plane and went to an airport all alone and i succeed to do it ! And i super proud of myself because i finally reach the B2 level in English ! I was stuck at B1 level since the beginning of the year and in two weeks of stay i reach the B2 level. I loved my experience at Oxford, the city is wonderful, the people are nice and the culture, oh my god….for sure, i will return to it. Oh and by the way, you’re a beautiful woman, don’t listen all the critics about you.

This episode just opened up my mind through the patterns that I had been using against my confidence. It's such a great and at the same time scary thing to know. Thank you for that Jade. ♡♡♡

I love this episode! Thank you for being vulnerable about your life and breaking down the topic of confidence into the three terms we typically conflate it with. This episode has inspired to put myself out there more and start putting projects into action!

The confidence item, I have a perfume (it’s an aftershave but hey ho, their free sample got me) and a white leather jacket I got as a gift from my friend. Someone called it a power jacket and I so agree. My casual magic was someone in my climbing group telling me they liked my scarf and thought my outfit was really well put together My intention for the week is intentionality

Love the podcast, would you ever consider doing a longer version of the guided meditation or a compilation of different ones. I never tried them before your podcast but you are really good at leading them!

Wow, that guy was so wack! Certain insecure people will try to drag you down with them, I'm so happy you moved on from that nonsense!💖

A good episode. Not flakey 'advice' but a suggestion that we think for ourselves and develop insight.

What’s the problem with being cringe? People worry so much about fitting in that we’re actually becoming boring and uninteresting
