When Should We Hire A Property Management Company?

I’m more worried about the legal side of it then the cost. I don’t want to get in legal trouble so I’ll rather hire a management

My experience is that the landlords don't do as good of a job to screen the applicants as my company does. Some companies are not as good as well.

I want to be a landlord . But I also want to go to collage as well . How do you find a seriously good property management company ? I feel like they have to be checked out like you would a ranter . Look them up online to see how others feel about their services . To me I would need to seriously interview a company to see if they are a fit for me . I want to have a rant agreement set up by a lawyer . Any agreement with them setup by a lawyer . I just want to make sure I do this right when I start . Am I on the right track ?
