Hi EBM Scholars, I have a question hope u can help, the question is, I'm from Pakistan and our quota already full so we not eligible for DV lottery, I won through wife coz my wife is Malaysian so won DV through wife, the main applicant is my wife, so the question is how to fill ds 260 with my wife, do we need to submit double form using same case number ? Already checked all KZbin videos but didn't get any video about how to fill Ds 260 form with spouse and how to submit, hope u can help me sir

I heard that it’s important to submit the DS260 form as soon as possible to get a chance of being interviewed earlier. Someone might have a lower count number, but if they don’t fill out the form on time, don’t people who already filled it out to come before that to save time?

I’ve been selected for further processing. The problem is that my passport is going to expire on November 2023. My case number is 22000+, and I believe that my interview will be at least in April 2023. Will be they able to issue visa in that passport ? Because there is a rule that your passport must be valid at least 6 month after your entry to the states. In my situation my passport might be valid less then 6 month at all. Maybe someone knows what to do in that situation? Can I complete ds 260 form with current passport and then change it to new one?
