5:19 pm I hired an attorney for my initial claims one was for PTSD so they just forward me the paperwork didn’t tell me how to fill it out and also didn’t tell me that I’d receive additional paperwork asking for any diagnosis for PTSD it made me feel like they wanted. My initial claims to fell or barely get rated so they could do a supplemental claim and then tell me how to do everything how to gather evidence and so would stretch out I would like that lawyer’s phone number if possible, please she sound like she cared excellent video

Greetings!, If I get TDIU and SMC-S Granted, and later my supplement claim grants more conditions that puts me at 100% P&T combined rating, Will I lose my SMC-S because I no longer have TDIU?

I was denied first because I had no in between help and luckily one of my husband's friend told me about this lawyer was working for me and I was the first woman he had dealt with and won. But it wasn't the full amount especially because my husband was 100% service connected. Very stressful

Good Afternoon I filed a claim for Combat related PTSD and had my C&P exam and was diagnosed with PTSD but denied my claim because I could not prove my deployment. I no longer had orders, nothing was annotated on my DD214. All I had for proof were LES’s which I later obtained following the denial, had a trigger/stressor and proof of the incident that caused the PTSD and am now stuck on how to obtain a copy of orders to get this claim adjudicated via a HLR. Have obtained a copy of personnel file and orders are not in the file. I know it is also not in C-File because that is what the VA utilizes to help process the claim. I don’t know what else to do now. Are you able to assist me in this matter?
