Great video. Just came across your channel and it provides real value and great content! From a tax point of view, is there any reason why I couldn't have one company that does both service accommodation and deal sourcing (assuming the company is setup with the correct SIC codes)

You can do this. The key thing is likely to be lenders requirements which may restrict what you do in an entity. Secondly it is all about risk so depends on how you view the risks between the two ventures.

Thank you for this video, it was just what I was looking for! If I operate r2r and PLOs through one company, can I set this up with different types of shares, to freeze the value of mine ie a family investment vehicle arrangement?

You would be able to set up with shares as you wish including ones that freeze the value.
