Greetings from the Netherlands. Sold my first 3 items the past weeks. One brand new patio table from auction, one FB ML flip, and one old dresser that I painted and fixed up. Still have like 800 EUR of inventory, but first 300 EUR profit is a fact. U inspired me 😊 As a business owner I would probably make more by making more hours in my business, but the hustle is fun!

You should keep some inventory of various things to stage homes. Contact some local real estate agents and stage homes for sale with sofas lamps rugs bedroom sets. Rental you’ll make more money or tell them you’ll do it for half of what the other guy charges and then maybe the people moving in will buy the furniture. Go to flee markets and estate sales find some eclectic items to decorate homes. From retro 60s pieces. Things that make it look like a home not just a lame set from rooms to go.

or you could divide monthly expenses by 4 and have a weekly report at the end of the video. you dont have to wait until the month is finished for fixed expenses like rent and insurance. hope that helps.

Great update. A suggestion, maybe divide out the monthly costs by the number of days since the last video, at least for weekly updates. (7 of 31 days of the month, 7/31 × ($2197 + $118) = $522.74 , then same for whatever the tax period is). Of course this would throw off the net worth of the channel and may just make more work.
