I love how everyone is getting offended for Stephen Hawkins. From all the disabled people I know, including my girlfriend, they appreciate it when you treat them like an actual human being, not "oh they're disabled, I can't make a joke about them". Of course if you make fun of a stranger who's disabled it's wrong, but if you know them, most of the time they love being treated as a person.

Everybody getting mad about the joke at 1:21. Context, guys, context. Simon has spoken nothing but praise about him for the whole interview, and getting in a witty harmless line clearly said in a non-antagonistic way in there is no big deal.
@ritwik0

The funniest part is he tells beforehand that he had to do this in front of the guy he was going to imitate and he asked for his permission and then he 'the guy' whom he impersonates was fine with it. But guess what? Others still have to pretend hurt and act like a butthurt. I don't understand that. Does everyone does online and write about those horrible jokes from someone's roast? No. Coz it was harmless and most important it was with permission of the roastee and the the person is enjoying it too. So why the hell can't the rest enjoy rather than act like an idiot?

@iewigono
@iewigono Жыл бұрын
I much prefer stuart and his comic book store as apin off. With original cast can appear as cameo for once or twice pre-season. All original characters has closure at 12 season including raj, and that perfect closure they keep move forward as friend and they keep alive at the hearts of the fans. Another prequel like young sheldon for other characters is not necessary. Leonard and amy are just child abused, penny just another teen movies, raj just spoiled kid, and for howard is only interested if the can make it the show without showing his parent faces. Surely doesn't interested with young bernadette with series of young pageant contests.

matrix86 Actually, men can "stand up" at an old age (50 and +). Oldest was was 79, I was shocked but enthusiastic about that discovery. They can "stand up" quite straight and hard at that. The issue is mostly the timing. Most of them will last much longer than youngsters. So much so that the orgasm is rarely obtained even after an intense 30 mins of hot and steamy intimacy. I don't want to sound dirty, just stating some facts.

Its discrimination to NOT joke about disabled people . What, just because someone cant walk or talk you cant make jokes about them? They are regular people, who would most likely prefer to be treated like everyone else rather than have everyone walk on egg shells around them.

Hawking, in addition to being one of the great minds of our times, was also a good sport. I think he once tried to boost the morale of the Sheldon Cooper character as neither of them had won a Nobel, but Hawking did manage to get in that he’d been on ‘The Simpsons’ three times . . .

Dr. Hawking had really a very goofy sense of humor and loved Simon's impression of him. The thing about disabled people is that they just want to be treated as a normal human being. Of course, laughing AT them is out of bounds but laughing WITH them makes them feel great despite their situation. Rest in peace Dr. Hawking.
