I give full credit to SA for the brilliant variation of Fourie coming off the back of that lineout and the wide pass to RG to score that try. Rassie always seems to have a little trick up his sleeve. Also to the simplicity of their message to dominante or get off. That said its too bad this game was won on a scrum that really could have gone either way and maybe should have been blown up and reset since both sides infringed during ir.

Remember this was already a third reset. Both sides do infringe but the Springbok infringement only happened because Ellis Genge's knee went to ground.

Looking at the last scrum in complete isolation yes maybe a reset but you are ignoring the resets before and the scrums before that where England were infringing and causing resets time and time again to waste time. With that context, it was a clear penalty and consistent with an earlier call in the game where Kitshoff was penalised for a knee on the ground. Was almost a clever tactic by England as refs are generally averse to blowing penalties late in a game like this but unfortunately for England the clock on their bag of tricks ran out as not only did it cost them the lead, but their time wasting at scrum time also cost them precious minutes to win once SA were in the lead.

I'm not saying England didn't get what they deserved i just think it's kinda dad this is what rugby has come to, in the words of Faf De Klerk "luckily we got the penalty^

That a ref in a high pressure semi final in the last minutes of a game was hesitant to blow what should have been a straight forward penalty to SA? How is this “sad” for rugby”? Also one can’t say it was only SA driving in. Because Genge went to the knee, it helped him get under Koch (illegally) which actually caused the scrum to drive in. Hence why SA got the penalty. This isn’t controversial at all

When South Africa plays it well over 100 minutes because of all the breaks the forwards need. They couldn't last if the games was played faster. The refs were bribed or worse At best SA was maybe 4th best, 3rd on a good day.

This video gives me the "impression" that its only once Faf passes the ball rather than grabs it is when offside can occur.
